16 weeks in total, Start in Wales, deploy to Belize/Borneo, military training, plan and lead a school group, full assessment and then job offers for top graduates.

In detail:
- London Briefing - meet your team.
- Basic Training in the Welsh Mountains - includes all food, accomadation and training. 2/3 weeks of learning the basics.
- Advanced Training in Belize or Borneo - all inclusive, this is when we really test you!

What Experience Do I Need?

You should be in good health as your Doctor will need to confirm you are fit to participate. We also undertake background checks on you, as you may be leading under 18s. Otherwise there are no special requirements as we build you up and train you. If you are successful we invite you in for your Briefing Session. Good Luck !
